Apprenticeship GermanyProgram Advantages

Learn and apply directly in the workplace

Apprenticeship is a training and application model directly implemented in the workplace. Students undergo the entire program online, combined with competency training from experts. After meeting the competency standards set forth by the European government’s competency framework, candidates are awarded the corresponding Master’s qualifications.

The Apprenticeship BBA program doesn’t follow traditional classroom methods of attending classes and taking tests. Instead, it adopts a competency application model. Students demonstrate their applied skills within their current job roles under the guidance of local training experts.

Upon completing the entire competency framework established by the European government, candidates are recognized at Level 6 (Bachelor Level) and are granted dual qualifications: a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from VERN’ University in Croatia and a Bachelor of Science in Organization Management (BSc in Organization) from SIMI Swiss.

Full Accreditation and Recognition

The program is executed through a collaboration between the London Academy of Sciences and SIMI Swiss. Both institutions have received credible accreditations and recognition:

50% reduction more in tuition fees and no re-studying of completed courses for graduates in related majors

If students graduate in related majors (related to management from international universities), they can convert completed courses through the APEL process (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning). After evaluating the recognized courses, students receive a 50% tuition fee reduction and are not required to retake those courses.

Experiential Competency Training by Experts

The Apprenticeship program applies the exclusive S.T.E.P model with a competency framework issued by the European government. Under this model, students learn online through lectures and videos delivered by foreign instructors and demonstrate their applied skills in their respective job positions.

To guide and accompany students in the competency application process, they receive competency training by local expert.

Adding (optional) local expert trainers ensures that students balance academic knowledge gained through online lectures with practical application in the workplace.

Exclusive Academic Support

The local academic support system helps Apprenticeship students overcome challenges during direct learning with partner universities:

  • English language support throughout the Apprenticeship procedure.
  • Assistant teaching guidance providing evidence and assessing competency.
