ApprenticeshipProgram's Benefits

Learn and apply immediately in the workplace.

Apprenticeship is a training and application model conducted directly in the workplace. Students undergo the entire program online, combined with competency training from experts. Upon meeting the competency standards set by the European government framework, candidates are awarded the equivalent Master’s degree.

The Apprenticeship MBA program departs from traditional classroom-based methods and embraces an applied competency model. Students demonstrate their applied skills in their current job under the guidance of local training experts.

Upon achieving the entire competency framework established by the European government, candidates are recognized at Level 7 (Master Level) and conferred with an MBA degree from VERN’ University Croatia and a Master of Organization Management degree from SIMI Swiss University.

Recognized and fully accredited

The program is implemented in collaboration with VERN’ University Croatia and Université Libérale de Paris. Both organizations are accredited and recognized institutions:

Competency training by experts.

The Apprenticeship program applies the exclusive S.T.E.P model with competency framework issued by the European government. In this model, students learn online with lectures and videos from foreign instructors and demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge directly to their work positions.

To guide and accompany students in the process of applying their skills, students receive competency training from local experts.

The addition of local training experts ensures that students not only secure theoretical knowledge from online lectures but also guarantee the practical application of skills in the workplace.

Networking abroad is fully subsidized, covering 100% of the expenses.

The postgraduate program designed for working professionals, alongside acquiring knowledge, emphasizes the importance of expanding networks within the Apprenticeship model.

Participants in the Apprenticeship program receive 100% support for the costs of participating in networking events in Southeast Asia, including:

  • 100% support for round-trip airfare with accompanying insurance.
