General Information

Apprenticeship is an advanced program that integrates training, application, and competency assessment. LAS’s Apprenticeship program is an independent, globally deployed program not governed by the UK government and does not receive funding from the UK government.

Apprenticeship students are only recognized after demonstrating competency according to the professional competency framework specified for each position and degree. Local training programs do not aim to confer Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees like traditional training models but focus on competency training to meet the competency framework, leading to the conversion and recognition of competencies into diplomas.

The program is taught entirely in English, although competency training can be delivered in other languages to optimize practical skills.

Degrees are conferred upon completion of the Apprenticeship program as part of the private degree category. Degrees from partner universities are not part of the public education system, are not government-affiliated, are not national documents, and do not receive government funding.

This is not a joint program in Vietnam. Students enroll directly with the partner university.

No local instructors are involved in teaching. Local activities involve competency training, competency assessment, and academic support.

All support activities by partners in Vietnam are supportive in nature, do not substitute or replace the original program, do not interfere with the integrity of the program, do not intervene in training outcomes, and do not have the authority to implement provisions within the jurisdiction of the partner university.

Fee and scholarship policies (if any) are subject to change or termination without prior notice.
