Learn and apply directly in the workplace.

Apprenticeship is a training and application model directly at the workplace. Students undergo the entire program online, combined with skill training from experts. Upon achieving the competency standards outlined by the European government, candidates are awarded the corresponding Master’s degree.

The Apprenticeship MSc in Education program doesn’t follow traditional teaching methods of attending classes and taking exams. Instead, it adopts an applied competency model, where students demonstrate their applied skills in their current jobs under the guidance of local training experts.

Upon completing the entire competency framework set by the European government, candidates are recognized for their competencies at Level 7 (Master Level) and are awarded both an MBA from VERN’ University Croatia and a Master of Science in Education from SIMI Swiss University.
